Il Galero is a spectacular Italian mansion with a Venetian style decoration that will make you fall in love. It was built in 1696 by Cardinal Rubini and it is located on a hill with spectacular views and only a few minutes walk to the center of the city of Asolo.
This villa is surrounded by 15,000 m2 of gardens with beautiful trees, statues and a large pool. It has a capacity for 12 people (and upon request, it can accommodate one more kid). The property has 4 buildings: The main villa with 7 bedrooms (12 people), another smaller house with a bedroom (2 pax), the house of the owner “Barchessa” with independent garden and a chapel.
The outside facilities like the garden, the pergola and the swimming pool are completely private for guests, since the owner’s house and its garden are separated from the guest area.
You can organize activities such as wine tasting, cooking classes, horse riding, cycling, canoeing, kayaking, etc. In addition, a 10 minute drive you have a golf course, and very close to this Italian mansion you will find many restaurants to enjoy traditional Italian food. Padova and Treviso are 40 km away and Venice is 80 km away.
