The Villa is a unique property situated on the hill part of Can Pep Simo. It is suitable for VIP events – weddings, private celebrations and hosting of high profile clients. The design is minimalist, modern and clean with high-quality fittings.
Located just 5 min drive from the beached of Talamanca and S’Estanyol and 10 min from the center of Ibiza, it offers a unique atmosphere with a skyline view of Ibiza and Dalt Vila.
We are grabbed as from the moment we enter through the wooden massive door that opens magnificient view of the common areas – swimming pool, different terraces for chill out, exterior dining area and of course the splendid view of Marina and Dalt Vila.
The Villa has 14 bedrooms, distributed in three parts – 3 (en suite) master bedrooms with hammam in the main house and 3 standard double bedrooms. On the same level we find 3 bedrooms located in a separate building next to the main house with its own private terrace. Descending the stairs below the swimming pool we find – 2 basic double bedrooms for staff, and 3 for guests. This area offers a gym and a hammam. Further below is the private tennis court and plenty of green areas offering privacy and tranquility. All bedrooms in the main house overlook Dalt Vila and the sea of Talamanca. They are all equipped with TV, DVD player and a dressing-room in the master bedrooms. The exterior terraces of the main house offer an Olympic size pool, Jacuzzi , dining area and chill out zone with bar and BBQ. Large living room with separate kitchen and a snug area with a fire-place. The villa has outdoor sound system, alarm system and plenty of space to park.
