Private Lake Tahoe Wedding at Sunnyside Restaurant and Lodge

Is there anything better than saying your vows by a lake while the boats skim by? We don't think so–which is the reason we're in love with Meredith.

Is there anything better than saying your vows by a lake while the boats skim by? We don’t think so–which is the reason we’re in love with Meredith and Jameson’s private Lake Tahoe wedding at Sunnyside Restaurant and Lodge. The couple realised they needed their exceptional day to be roused by the characteristic excellence of the northern California view and autumnal tones, and we think they perfected it.

From the service on the water including all-encompassing views of the lake and a characteristic arch with straightforward decorative layouts set up by Helianthusfloral, to the wedding reception—full of rich yet basic stylistic theme—the little subtleties made this day a fantasy. Also, we can’t get over how shocking Meredith’s Rue De Seine dress looked combined with the consumed orange Alashanghaisilk bridesmaid dresses.

Gifts:

“I astonished Jameson with a Rolex Datejust 41 18k Everose Gold Steel, Wimbledon Dial and a Jan Barboglio Decanter with shot glasses for him and his groomsmen to use before the service. Jameson gave me a pair of Custom Diamond Hoop Earrings that I wore when I changed into my Rosa Bloom jumper for the night.”

Gift Drop:

“Sean Rogers from Inspired Balloons assisted with carrying a portion of our character to the day. My better half Jameson loves jokesters and motion pictures, so as opposed to having my Maid of Honour drop off his present, Sean made this stunning IT balloon that was stood at his entryway.”

Sunnyside Restaurant and Lodge:

“Sunnyside was a simple decision. My sister-in-law had revealed to us Sunnyside did weddings– we had possibly even been there in the summers when we pulled up on their harbour with a boat and ate there. The second we strolled in, we saw a monster moose head that welcomed us, floor to roof windows of unhindered lake perspectives, and staff that felt like family—at that point we knew. It is amazingly lovely on the lake. The staff is staggering and obliging. The hotel feels like this old, rural lodge with chimneys all over the place and recently refreshed rooms. The culinary specialist is mind boggling, and everything id sourced locally when possible. It seemed like home and some place everybody could remain and be together for an entire end of the week.”

Warm Fall Vibes at the Private Lake Tahoe Wedding:

“We needed the wedding to have a great deal of natural components, and the glow of fall motivated us. We love Lake Tahoe. It is loaded with natural excellence, which we needed to be the primary core interest. We attempted to keep the stylistic layout straightforward. Tablescapes are my thing, so I asked our family friend Kelly–who rejuvenated my vision to buy pomegranates, apples, oranges, berries and straightforward greens. We added them to the astounding flower arrangements by Camryn Lane. This helped pull a portion of the external excellence in.”
