Villa Leon is a spectacular house with pool in Lake Como, in Italy. It is located on the western shore of the lake and has spectacular views of this natural landscape, one of the most beautiful in the world. It was built in the 40s by Pietro Lingeri, following the style of Italian Rationalism, and is considered a historical monument by the Italian Ministry of Culture for its great artistic value.

The villa is in perfect harmony with the landscape and has spacious interiors with large windows and outdoor spaces to enjoy wonderful days of relax, thanks to its pool and terraces with magnificent views. It has 5 rooms and capacity to accommodate 10 guests.

Villa Leon is located just 20 km from the highway to Milan and Switzerland. We recommend you to enjoy the 1 hour boat tour to discover the surrounding villas and the magnificent landscapes. In addition, there are several restaurants and shops at walking distance.

Thanks to its location and features, Villa Leon is a perfect place to celebrate both private and business events. It is surrounded by 4300 sqm of trees, which make it a very charming place. It can host events of up to 80 people (seats) in its halls on the ground floor and its outdoor spaces are perfect for organizing cocktails.
