“I recently returned to Italy following a trip to the New York bridal week, one of the most famous international events in the wedding world. One of the most glamorous shows of this week in New York is the show for the famous Israeli brand Berta Bridal.
The designer, Berta, presented the Spring/Summer 2020 collection, leaving everyone feeling awe-inspired! Her clothes drape the bodies of models and brides all around the world in a sensual way that appreciates feminine beauty. This is how brides transform from ‘angels’ to ‘goddesses’. The new collection showcases new fabrics and new shapes, less typical of the brand, which continues to amaze however with its modern cuts and exceptional embroidery, all done by hand.
The bride Berta is a sensual modern woman, who loves her body and shows it hidden by lace, embroideries, tattoos and nude effects. The silk stands out after several collections that had seen the embroidery at the forefront.
The show was so exceptional and exclusive that I would not miss it for anything in the world due to its unique nature.
After the show, journalists, buyers and celebrities were seen in the Soho exhibition hall to check out the designer’s other collections: BERTA, Berta MUSE and BERTA Privée.
