Sinsombrero is a spectacular restaurant in Madrid, located on the well-known Paseo de la Castellana with a great variety of spaces with an incredible modern and elegant decoration, ideal for any type of celebration or event. Its cuisine is based on high quality products and its dishes are in the charge of the prestigious chef Javier Goya, that through his creativity, looks to surprise all his diners with a wide range of fish and grilled meats. Furthermore, the restaurant has a great variety of cocktails, both classic and experimental ones.
Sinsombrero hides a small jewel, a beautiful garden of 250 m2 with a Lutheran evangelical church from the year 1909. It is a temple that Kaiser Wilhelm II of Germany built and that the restaurant has baptized as The Chapel.
